Consecrated brothers and priests
Consecration
Responding to Christ’s call, the brothers commit with their whole being to follow Him on a path to holiness, convinced that the true source of life is to be found in Christ. They set out on a way of ongoing transformation, leaving behind every kind of darkness reaching out more and more toward the divine light. They seek to live out the words of the psalmist : “Through your light, we see the light.”
Contemplation
This quest for the fullness of life is embodied first and foremost in the contemplation of the divine Light the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, silent personal prayer, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the Liturgy of the Hours, Lectio Divina, and a loving devotion to the Virgin Mary through consecration and prayer of the Rosary.
Communion
Contemplation leads to joyful fraternal communion, each thinking of the other as greater than himself (Ph 2:3). Bringing together brothers and priests from many cultures and nations, the brothers seek authentic communion within their Branch as well as with the sisters and members of the Lay Branch.
Mission
Our common mission bears witness that “the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining” (1 Jn 2:8). Each brother reflects this light, this grace and charity, in his respective mission: as pastor or chaplain, leading family and youth camps, preaching retreats, etc.
